Can't Successfully Purchased Items

I bought the last season of Breaking Bad from the interface on my TV. I watched the first episode without a problem. When I tried to watch the second, I kept getting an Error Code 1004 and directed me to support. Support told me that I had an HD TV and I should have bought the HD versions of the episode. When I purchased via my TV, it was not apparent that it was offered in two different formats. So on my laptop, I logged in and purchased the entire season in HD. From my TV I was able to see in My Videos that I had SD and HD versions. So I started the HD one and it seemed to work. After I hung up with support, it then started to freeze and unfreeze every few seconds. Then it would freeze and restart which was even more frustrating. Well I watched episodes 2 - 4 experiencing this. I thought that it may be my internet connection but I was able to stream Netflix just fine so it can't be that. Days later I watched episodes 5-6 without a problem. Then I started episode 7 and the same experience as 2-4. So when it played, I hit pause and let it sit there for a while. I came back about 30 mins later and the rest of it played fine. It was like it had to buffer the data to the TV. Last night I attempted to watch the last episode and was getting the 1004 error again and it would not start. I had to call support once again and they were very pleasant however could not resolve the problem. I was asked to unplug my TV for 30 seconds and try again. Being a software quy I realize he was basically asking me to reboot. So I humored him and did so. It did not help. He then asked me to change a sound setting. I was hesitant do making any changes for it worked fine for episodes 1, 5 and 6 but checked them anyway and they were set to his suggestion. He then told me I had to take my TV in to have the software uninstalled and reinstalled. I told him I would not do that and that it is not worth the trouble of one episode left to watch given I will NEVER use this service again!! I did download it to my laptop last night so will just watch it from there tonight. The support staff was great and tried to be helpful but just couldn't make it work.

Again, I am a software person by trade so know this is just a result of a poor quality software product. I am shocked that Best Buy is affiliated with this.

In summary, I would not recommend CinemaNow to a friend.
