I had a membership over a year ago. I was kinda confused to the streaming/loading since there was no communication as to when it started after I paid to click to rent/watch it. I had to go through the whole frustrating process again. I finally went to my library to see if it was there, for a while it wasn't, then it showed up and later, for some reason, I finally got a message it was loading. Took that long to realize it was loading. My credit card info. was stolen not too long after that membership so I had to narrow it down and this site has no safety signs of our credit card info. so I felt my credit card info. could have been stolen from this site so I deleted all that info. and got new credit card number. Will not set up payment again until they prove they are safe and offer paypal.
In summary, I would recommend CinemaNow to a friend.
